At Rapid Pump & Meter/Machinery Services Corp., we are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to resolve pump and machinery emergencies. From our service center in Paterson, New Jersey, we travel to customers in the municipal, industrial, commercial, and transportation markets located anywhere in the Northeast's Tri-State Area. With our fleet of 88 fully stocked vehicles and full-time service crews, we provide rapid response for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and production machinery.

We address issues with pumps and piping systems, including all metering, control, and motor devices and instrumentation. Our crews can implement bypass systems for temporary use and supply rental or replacement units for pumps and auxiliary equipment. We can troubleshoot control panels, reprogram PLCs, and fix VFD and AC/DC motor drives. For tank services, we have staff certified for confined space entry.

If a disaster strikes, we supply emergency generators, backup power systems and provide turnkey installation of new production equipment. With our equipment repair capabilities, we can troubleshoot issues and restore CNC lathes, milling machines, drills, etc. and restore them to full working order. Having portable machining and welding capabilities allows us to make a wide range of repairs onsite.

Whether it is a minor incident needing immediate attention or a major disaster, we launch an appropriate response to get pumping systems and machinery back online as fast as possible.
