Along with production machinery, rotating equipment, UV disinfection systems, oil skimmers, water and wastewater treatment systems, and motors, we maintain and repair thermal oxidizers, incinerators, generators, etc. We also dispatch OSHA-certified technicians to handle projects involving confined space entry. In addition to physical maintenance and repair, we carry out vibration analysis, laser and optical alignment, calibration, dynamic balancing, and other production equipment evaluations.

Rapid Pump and Meter Service Co., Inc. is considered to be the area's “go-to resource” for the maintenance and repair of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers and VOC Control Equipment. On call 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week for emergency repairs and includes complete rebuilds, inspections, component fabrication, electrical controls, plumbing and piping, and all metal work.

Thermal Oxidizers
We provide maintenance, repair, retrofits, and complete rebuilds of recuperative thermal oxidizers, regenerative thermal oxidizers, and catalytic oxidizers for any specification. Our expert technicians, extensive machine shop, and metal fabrication operation can handle any air pollution control equipment job, large or small. Emergency maintenance and repair is available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

Welding and Fabrication
We provide welding and fabrication services, ASME supply welding and structural fabrication for a variety of materials. Our selection of services include machining, CAD support, field welding, shop welding, machining, pressure vessel fabrication, CAD design assistance, and piping fabrication. We can accommodate any welding or fabrication on-site or in our 60,000 sq ft facility.

Machine Shop Services
Turnkey maintenance and repair services require our complete in house machine shop facility, where we provide everything from turning and milling to machining, welding repairs, specialty grinding, and finishing. Materials available range from UHMW, PTFE, Phenolic, to 4140, D2, Cold Rolled Steels and a wide variety of 300 and 400 series STP/stainless steels. We can better serve our customers using state-of-the-art digital readouts, boring mills, milling machines, sand blasting, grinders, horizontal engine lathes. We provide factory-authorized service for many major brands of pumps, blowers, meters, control panels, generators and process machinery.

Vibration Analysis
Vibration analysis and condition monitoring have long been a key focus in our in business. We have been providing predictive maintenance services for many years and with our present Rockwell Entik IRD Datapak 1500 Vibration Analysis System.

Dynamic Balancing
We provide industrial balancing and vibration analysis to a wide range of customers operating water, wastewater systems and production machinery. We strive to improve our customer's equipment life with the expert dynamic balancing of any rotating equipment. We also provide troubleshooting and predictive maintenance of rotating machinery, pump repair, and on-site repair including machining and welding.
